The UNOPS Africa Regional Office, based in Nairobi, Kenya, oversees the delivery of over 250 projects across 40 countries, with a focus on fragile and conflict-affected settings. Supported by more than 1,000 personnel across five multi-country offices—spanning North, West, Central, Eastern and Southern Africa, and the Horn of Africa—the office advances national priorities through strategic initiatives in Climate Action, Health, Infrastructure, Peace and Security, Middle-Income Country Support, and Small Island Developing States (SIDS). Based in Tunis, the North Africa Multi-Country Office (NAMCO) oversees operations in Algeria, Egypt, Libya, and Morocco, delivering project management, financial services, infrastructure, procurement, and human resources support. With active project offices in Morocco and Libya, NAMCO works in close partnership with governments, NGOs, and international financial institutions to advance socio-economic development across the region. NAMCO’s portfolio spans health, justice, climate action, and environmental preservation, while promoting youth and women's empowerment through improved access to education and employment opportunities. Key initiatives include: supplying digital learning materials for Tunisian schools (World Bank), supporting Tunisia’s national development plan (AICS), enhancing maritime border management (EU), delivering high-tech health equipment to 75 hospitals (World Bank), supporting resilient agriculture in Libya (IFAD), and advancing vocational training in Morocco (KOICA). NAMCO’s work contributes directly to inclusive growth and progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Sous la direction et la supervision du team des finances, le/la stagiaire aux finances fournit une variété de fonctions spécialisées en finances, en comptabilité et en secrétariat liées à la comptabilité des projets, à la budgétisation et aux rapports financiers. Le stagiaire aux finances assure la qualité, l'exactitude et la cohérence du travail et promeut une approche orientée vers le client conforme aux règles et règlements financiers de l'UNOPS.

UNOPS est à la recherche d’un (e) Stagiaire aux Finances qui prendra part à la gestion efficace des finances au sein de la Plateforme Opérationnelle du bureau de l’UNOPS à Tunis.
Responsabilités :
Préparation et analyse de rapports sur les données financières
Extraction et consolidation des documents justificatifs de paiement et autres informations financières demandées
Traitement de la documentation financière et maintien d'un système de contrôle interne qui garantit que les vouchers traités sont conformes aux procédures, et que les transactions sont correctement enregistrées et affichées dans oneUnops
Assurance de support à l’unité de finance en termes d’assistance à la gestion et vérification des paiements à faire
Communication avec les collègues, concernant les corrections et les vérifications qui concernent différentes transactions périodiques
Saisie et extraction des données de divers systèmes automatisés de l'UNOPS concernant les ressources humaines, la finance, l'approvisionnement et les missions;
Vérification de l'exactitude de données extraites du système et des dossiers;
Participer à l’élaboration et à l’analyse des rapports financiers
Maintien d'un système de classement efficace des documents et dossiers financiers
Revue et mise à jour des documents de support dans le cadre de la préparation de l’audit
S’acquitter d’autres tâches connexes qui lui seront confiées

Etre étudiant ou ayant le diplôme de Licence (BAC+3) /Bachelor, Masters ou PHD (de préférence en sciences économiques, en finance, en comptabilité, ou en gestion), ou être déjà en possession de ces diplômes susmentionnés dont la date d’obtention de diplôme ne doit pas dépasser les 3 ans.
